Enjoy the perfect combination of space, comfort, and convenience in this beautifully upgraded 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome. Completely redesigned and renovated with families in mind, this spacious two-level retreat features an open-concept living area, mountain views, a quiet corner location, and easy access to the best of Mammoth. The upper level has been thoughtfully redesigned to create a bright and spacious gathering area with a large open kitchen, dining room, and comfortable living room all flowing together. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, while the dining table seats eight, perfect for gathering after a day of mountain adventures. As a southwest-facing corner unit, the home enjoys plenty of natural light along with beautiful mountaintop views. Also upstairs is the primary suite, featuring a King bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bathroom, providing a comfortable retreat away from the additional bedrooms. Downstairs, the redesigned floor plan offers a roomy entry area and three additional bedrooms. The second and third bedrooms each feature a Queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is a great setup for kids or additional guests with a Twin-over-Full Euro-style bunk bed plus an additional Twin bed. Two full bathrooms are located downstairs, along with an additional separate vanity area, making busy mornings much easier for larger groups. Other thoughtful upgrades include energy-efficient windows, a custom barn door concealing the laundry area, and plenty of space for everyone to settle in comfortably. Tucked into a quiet corner of the complex away from the main roads, you can enjoy a peaceful mountain setting without sacrificing convenience. The free Red Line shuttle is just a one-minute walk away, providing easy transportation toward The Village and Mammoth Mountain. You’re also conveniently located near Mammoth Creek Park, the shops and restaurants along Old Mammoth Road, The Bowling Alley, Ice Rink and the local trail system. After a day of skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring Mammoth, take advantage of the complex hot tub and sauna for a relaxing end to the day. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. Super clean, conveniently located, pet-friendly condo

This was the perfect place for our Memorial Weekend stay including both snow & sun. The layout, furnishings, and location were perfect for our group of 2 adults, 5 teens, and 1 dog. Access to the Snowcreek Recreation Center was an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Our group had a relaxing stay in your lovely townhouse. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The whole townhouse has been updated and well done to accommodate an active vacation. We like the close walking distant to Old Mammoth road for access to restaurants and the town walking path

We felt the pictures and description wasn’t accurate. It stated there was 4 bedroom when there were actually only 3 which meant 4 Adult children (unmarried) all had to stay in the same bedroom which was something we wanted to avoid.

Great place but property management could use improvement

It was a great place to stay but it was kind of difficult working with the property management company. They charged us for a chip in the fireplace which was already there and I am pretty sure they wanted to take advantage of the insurance I purchased. Also, the fire place did not work for us and they were no help with that. The place also was short on towels for a place that sleeps 10

Walking distance to Vons, Starbucks, great pizza, Distant Brewing, and the Trolley stop! The kitchen was well-stocked, bathrooms were clean and well-stocked, and it was great having a washer and dryer downstairs. My only request is if the unit doesn't have AC (which in Mammoth isn't usually needed) that the windows open properly with screens that are latched in all the way, and have functioning cranks. We couldn't open all the windows and it did get a little warm during the day. But...we'd definitely stay here again!

Don’t get me wrong, the place was very nice, but not as modern as it may seem. Great layout with bedroom and space. Thermostats in every room which was amazing. Only complaint was a light fixture that kept flashing in the downstairs bathroom (like a strobe light non stop — and property management could not fix while we were there), and the floors looked clean but were filthy (turned our bare feet black immediately when walking on them).

The whole entertainmnet set up was damaged. Dealing with this in the first few hours upon arrival and into the next morning was not fun.We are used to properties in Mammoth having plenty of board games, there are none in this unit.The set up of the three bedrooms in the downstairs floor, is much more crowded than we imagined based on the property description and photos.Few non-pampering bathroom towels.

The hot and cold water in the bathroom sinks were reversed in two of the sinks with the hot on the right instead of the left. The toilet roll holders had not yet been installed. There are garages in many of the units, but this one did not have one and that would’ve been convenient because we had five electric mountain bike's that needed to be recharged at night. But overall, it worked well for us.

Great place for family gathering

This is a large unit that worked well for me my wife, my two sons and their families. Older unit that had been updated. Kitchen , dining and living room very nice set up. Very attractive and functional. We BBQ on deck once. Nice. Hot tub at complex is large and was enjoyed by all. Kids had fun in the pool. Dog friendly unit worked well. Very good location -many things walkable. Negatives a few minor maintenance requests e- mailed to mngmt were ignored( I did not call so maybe that would have helped) . Also vents lion did not work well as bedrooms got pretty hot. They had fans but did not work that well. Ceiling fans would have helped

Mammoth Weekend

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of us traveled up to Mammoth last week to enjoy the beautiful mountain to go Ski and Snow, Board. Sking is an absolute nirvana to some of us and an annual event that we all looked forward to, and if you are an avid skier, you know that it can be absolutely exhausting. That being said, a hot shower and a comfortable bed are top priorities. Well let's just say that the shower had the same amount of force as a toddler's water gun, So you can say goodbye to those long hot showers. The beds were way too small and uncomfortable for normal size adults, if you're under 3 feet or under the age of 5 you should be fine. The layout downstairs was cumbersome and dark. it had no rhyme or reason, and absolutely no privacy. The upstairs was better with the natural light coming in, however, the floors were filthy. The tv was also an annoyance because you had to change the battery from one remote to the other. This should have been handled by the manager before the guests arrived.
