Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This single story two-bedroom, two-bath property is mountain luxury. This unit features a propane fireplace, granite counters, slate floors, stainless steel appliances, beautiful accents, and furnishings; views of the forest and gondola. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, with a kind sign bed in the master, and a queen bunk bed, perfect for your family vacation. This unit is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Great condo, but VERY THIN WALLS!

This condo was very nicely decorated, clean, comfy beds, everything you'd need for cooking, lots of details thought about by the owner. However, this is a lower unit and the noise from the upstairs occupants was extremely loud. At times we could hear their conversation and kids yelling. It often sounded like they were pounding or walking in ski boots all evening. We did talk with them and they seemed not to know why it would be so loud. I really think it is just a matter of very thin walls without sound proofing the hardwood floors (on the upper unit - not the one we stayed in). However it did disturb our sleep. That said, I would have given our rented unit a full 5 stars as the condo itself was nearly perfect.

Noisy Neighbors

The condo was beautiful. Everything we could need was provided. Spotless and spacious. Great location, quick walk to the village. My only complaint is the upstairs neighbors are extremely loud. We could hear EVERYTHING, I mean everything. We could hear the toilets flushing, closet doors opening and closing, and the walking sounded like a stampede. I know this is at no fault of the owner, but when it's midnight and I'm trying to sleep, the noise is a real disturbance.

No sleep zone

Great location and spotless condo. The check in process is off property so make sure you plan accordingly. The condo is downstairs so your upstairs neighbors will keep you awake all night. Every little step they take, you definitely hear. Their sneezing and coughing seemed like they were next to you, instead of upstairs. Bring your own sponge if you wanna be able to wash the dishes. Fully stocked condo with no sponge and a response from owner “due to COVID sponges not provided.”

Excellent Property - GREAT Location!

Our family of 5 adults spent 5 days at this condo and overall it was a very nice experience. We would likely stay here again. I like to keep reviews simple, so here you have it: Pros: - Condo has been updated and the finishes are awesome! The unit was extremely clean upon arrival and looks exactly like the online pictures. - The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook any kind of meal. - Location is 5 minute walk to "The Village" and close to the local shuttle bus. - Queen bunk beds were a nice option - Management company had excellent customer service and quickly responded to all our needs. Cons (these comments are meant as an FYI) - This unit is on the first floor of a 2 level unit. We could hear the our neighbors above us. Not a huge deal but we did not understand that this unit was a 2 level rental property. - Bedroom windows are directly facing the pool area. If the blinds are open, the pool guests are looking directly into the 2 bedrooms. Again, not a problem but just an FYI.

Great Condo!

Very nice property within walking distance to the Village shops, restaurants, and gondola. Condo had all necessities in kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms, and beds were very comfortable. Only issue was shower loses hot water for about three minutes when someone flushes the toilet. Not a big deal, but a VERY big surprise! May want to add that to the guidebook in the unit.

Beautiful, great location, great place

This property is located very conveniently to the village center. It took us about 5 minutes to walk to the gondola and restaurants in town. This condo was great. The beds were comfortable, and the place was beautiful. We enjoyed the amenities at Mammoth estates, mostly the hot tub. The only complaint I have was that there was no shampoo in the condo (even though there was a small conditioner and an opened soap in the shower?). Check-in/out process was smooth and easy. Highly recommend.

Great Location and Updated Condo

Great location and a short walk to the village and gondola. Very clean, well stocked with amenities and a thoroughly updated condo! Bedrooms and bathrooms were a little small bc of very large furniture, but appreciated the comfy queen bed and full sized bunk beds. It was fine for family of four. Upstairs noise was also a little annoying but given all the other positives, it was overall very easy to overlook. Would highly recommend!

Comfy Condo Close to Gondola

We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2018. This condo was a nice, warm, comfortable place to come back to after a day of skiing and snowboading. We rented equipment at the Village Center and stored our gear underneath the gondola entrance. The condo is a 5 min walk to the Village and gondola. We liked the updated amenities of this condo and the convenience. The check in process was easy. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked breakfast and dinner in the condo. After a full day, we liked being able to come in, shower and leisurely eat and enjoy our apres-ski snacks and spirits at the condo. This is great for families or anyone traveling in a group. If we felt like dining out, the Village is a short walk. One thing to keep in mind is that waits at restaurants could be 2 hours, especially after a good snow. It was nice to not be trapped in a hotel room, relying on restaurants for meals. Bottom line, great place and we will stay here again!
