The property was pretty quiet despite the unit located next to road. Location was great for many dining options and groceries just across the street. Trolley stops on each side of property makes traveling to Village or Main Lodge easy. Could use a new paint job on the inside to freshen up, but that's just my opinion.

Mammoth is a convenient location for access to East Sierra Lakes and hiking. Like Convict Lake and Rock Creek Lake.This complex is near Vons and several restaurants.

It was … reasonably comfortable. The carpet in the living room might have been clean, but looked dirty. There was a huge dark spot. I’ll try to attach a photo. There is one outlet by the grey couch that needs to be replaced as it poses a fire risk. Again I’ll try attach a photo. I am recovering from fungal pneumonia, the 3 grates on the heaters should be dusted.

Comfy spot in a great location

Real ones know that this is the best part of town to stay in - walking distance to Distant Brewing, The Warming Hut, Latin Market, Local Scoop, and more. The king size bed was comfortable, and I am a big fan of staying on the ground floor in summer, kept the unit nice and cool. There was a spot in the front where we could lock up our bikes, and the shower had two heads. Would definitely come back.

Hello as a guest and former construction worker place was a mess. Black gooey substance coming out in cracks at where ceiling and wall and beam come together. Wall plug appears compromised because of noticeable water damage and staining on paneling so beware plugging in anything .Turned the code violation into city of mammoth building dept to investigate.Big stains on the carpet worn pathways. Peeling caulking in shower and a couple cracked walls .When calling to mgmt co didn’t want to rectify situation so left and had to find other accommodations for rest of our trip .So bottom line you will take a risk staying there for your health.Good luck.

A Lovely February in Mammoth

Had a really nice month staying at this location! Right next to the bus which comes every 15 minutes to take you to the mountain. very cozy vibes with the wood burning fireplace. Used the sauna and hot tub nearly every day. Quick walk to restaurants, gym, grocery store. Would recommend anybody looking to stay in mammoth to consider this location.

Will use again, when available.Things which could be improved - needs a GOOD chest of drawers - not the two drawer unit currently in bedroom.Entry Door - Needs immediate attention !!! On the verge of being Non-Operation !!!! Also it's keyed, and only one key provided, which issue issue if you're doing one thing (skiing) and your partner is doing another (touring town...). I'm still stinky

My main complaint was about the hot water supply. I took a 15 minute shower so did my son but when my daughter took her shower 2 minutes into it the hot water ran out. Every day the same thing only 30 minutes of hot water and the recuperation time took at least 5 hours to get more hot water. Everyone was super stinky by the 3rd day. Also the bed was very uncomfortable.
