Best Mammoth Vacation Home!

We loved this property so much the first time, we booked it again and had another amazing spring break with family and friends. You can’t beat the location. Just steps from Canyon Lodge. Great communication, great layout, plenty of space for 2 families. Super clean and comfortable. We will be back!

10/10 Host, 10/10 location - Perfect for snow season!

Stayed here with my groomsmen for my bachelor trip during spring snow season and will definitely be booking this for next winter season. The host was awesome - made every thing about the stay so easy, was incredibly communicative, and was so accommodating. The place actually felt like a luxury hotel. It was so clean and the beds were great and the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The place is just a short 2 minute walk to canyon lodge and was the perfect home base. We loved being able to come back use the ping pong table after snowboarding.

Fantastic home, steps away from the ski lodge and 10 minutes from some of the best restaurants in Mammoth Lakes! We had a wonderful time and the property manager elevated the experience! Classy people and property!

Epic House

This was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. We had so much fun being so close to the action on the mammoth and having such a cozy place to come back to after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked, amazing parking, and the ping pong table was a huge plus. We would 10000% stay here again over and over. Chris was also a great communicator and checkout was a breeze! We will for sure be back.

This place is top notch. Extremely clean, very upscale, and as close as you can get to Canyon Lodge. I highly recommend this condo. communication with the owner was quick and friendly. We will be returning.

Amazing property

Wonderfull property, spacious, modern, clean, unbeatable location close to the slopes. Would love to stay again!Property manager was super responsive and accommodating. We come up to Mammoth every year, and can honestly say this has been the best property so far by far.

Terrible Experience with Host

Property is nice. Not luxurious but perfectly fine for ski trip. Be wary of anything Host says. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any support. It also isn’t ski in / ski out unless your definition is walking across the street and parking lot to walk through lodge to get in line with everyone else. Not sure how Vrbo allows them to call it ski in / ski out. The description of property says it has an electric car charger. I specifically emailed the host to confirm since having access to a charger is key coming from LA to Mammoth. She said yes. I get there and there is an outlet but no charger. She said she misunderstood. Vrbo can see email chain. It was crystal clear for anyone that knows the English language. Her response was go to ice rink and charge your car. Slowest chargers ever and had to uber back and forth. After 24 hours it never fully charged. And had to pay for uber back and forth. Good luck getting an Uber or Lyft in mammoth. Takes forever. I then ask for late checkout. She says no. This host is not in the hospitality business. Avoid this place. Again have full chain chat with her for Vrbo to verify or can find a way to post our entire email chain if there is a dispute over my review.

Great time

Our family had a great time. Easy walk to the lifts for the little kids. The condo was clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night. Would love to stay there again for our next Mammoth trip.

Awesome Home Next to Canyon Lodge

We had a wonderful stay at Cloud 9 at Mountainside. You can't beat the location, and the home is so nicely and comfortably furnished. Chris was an awesome host and was very helpful both before and after our stay. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. We'd love to come back again!

Overall a solid stay

We had a great time. The location of the townhome is very close to the lifts. Hot tub was in working order which was nice. We had everything we needed. No strong reason to not give 5 stars. Communication was phenomenal - very quick responses and support from Chris, the host. The only complaint is that the amenities were generally of poor quality (rough toilet paper, crappy paper towels, etc). No robes or wine like in the photos, etc. We did expect a bit more of a luxurious feel considering price point and photos.

Amazing home steps from Canyon Lodge

You can’t beat this location! We stayed here with another family for a spring break ski vacation and had a great time. The unit had everything we needed to cook most meals at home. Super clean and comfortable. Great communication. We would definitely book again!

Super nice and clean property. Very comfortable. We were traveling with kids and everyone was happy with the arrangement. Everything was in very good condition and matched the description. Best place in Mammoth

We are repeat renters and have had a great experience every time. It’s an awesome property with all the five star amenities, and we love the close proximity to Canyon. The hot tub on the balcony and comfy beds are a big plus. The property owner - Chris- is also very accessible and helpful during our stay. My nephew needed stitches from a boarding accident and our car was boxed in with snow. Chris sent the property manager, John, who was amazing. He arrived within minutes and gave my sister a ride to the hospital. Then he came back and cleared the driveway. Incredible! We will continue our tradition and return soon to this fabulous property!

Record Snowfall Trip

The property more than lives up to the pictures. Beautiful, super clean, great location for ski in ski out, comfortable beds. Our trip was challenged due to the record amount of snowfall. Chris, the owner was incredibly flexible and provided over the top communication to help us navigate our plans and enjoy our trip. We will book this home again. I highly recommend it.

Perfect family cabin

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Christine was a dream to work with and the cabin was even better than expected. Christine responded in a prompt and kind manner to all inquiries and we didn’t have a single issue during our time at cloud 9. The location couldn’t have been better and the property was incredibly clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.
