Perfectly upgraded with high-end finishes, Snowcreek #460 is located in the iconic Snowcreek Development, surrounded by lush landscaping, Mammoth Creek, and spectacular mountain views. This spacious 3-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom townhome comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is an ideal retreat for families and groups.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
On the entry level, you'll find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry area. The primary suite includes a king bed and a beautifully updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a small patio. The third bedroom also has a queen bed, bright window, and closet storage. A second hall bathroom features a shower/tub combo with a separate vanity area. A stackable washer/dryer adds extra convenience.

Living Area & Kitchen
Upstairs, the open floor plan showcases modern mountain design with vaulted ceilings and stylish finishes. Great Property

This was our second stay at this condo. We love the location, and the condo is clean and well-decorated. The layout works well for various sleeping arrangements with children from newborns to teens. Property management was quick to respond with more dishwasher detergent and toilet paper upon our request. Jacuzzi code did not work, but we were still able to get in to use the facilities. Overall another great stay. :)

Nice Property with a few issues

First and foremost, not the cleanest when we first arrived. The floors were dirty and under the couch has not been cleaned in a while. After the first day, the water was cold. We waited to see if the water would heat up and unfortunately it was cold for the remainder of the trip. We tried to adjust the thermostat temperature because it was too warm at night and we couldn’t sleep. However lowering all the thermostats throughout the house, the temperature did not change. Overall, it was a nice neighborhood with plenty of parking. The house was spacious with enough room for us all to hang out together.

Great townhome in Snowcreek!

We come to Mammoth every year to ski/snowboard and this was one of the best places we have ever stayed! Large property, easy to spread out, very clean. Clear it has been recently upgraded. There were 2 adults and 4 kids. Access to the meadow/creek behind the property was a wonderful way to experience nature as well. The kids could walk out back and play outside. Great access to shops and restaurants and drive to the mountain was easy. Only downside was that our family doesn’t really enjoy memory foam mattresses. But realize that’s a personal preference. Thank you for a fantastic vacation we will be back!

This spot is a gem. It is beautifully decorated, clean and an amazing location. Our kiddos loved playing out back by the creek and biking all the nearby trails. Everything was well thought out from the hooks on the walls to the kitchen storage. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautifully remodeled with top of the line appliances

Kitchen had a beautiful Bertazzoni Professional Induction Range, which requires the pot to be on the burner to turn on. Nice couch and kitchen dining table and chairs. Bathrooms has warming towel rack.
