Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
This is an extremely dated and dirty place - carpets soaked through, got all itchy from the jacuzzi, faucet in bathroom didnt work (put in a maintenance request and no one bothered to do anything - the maintenance ticket was even sitting in the office on their desk when i checked out!) The people in the office were so rude, just didnt really care if I was there or not when talking to them - and the maintenance guys just seemed to spend most of their time standing around smoking) Be very careful when you enter the parking garage, they warn you that it is only 6 feet 8 inches, but in reality once you go in there are even lower sections dotted throughout the garage - they need to indicate/warn about that at the entrance) only really benefit of this place is that it is walking distance to canyon lodge
