Sunrise 35: Spacious, quiet

Spacious 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath condo located at Sunrise in Mammoth Lakes, in the scenic Meadow area near the pool and spa. Sleeps up to 6 guests and is approximately 1,100 sq. ft.

This bright corner unit offers vaulted ceilings and large windows that let in natural light. Enter up one flight of outside stairs. The first floor features the primary bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and open living room with a queen sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove (wood provided), and access to a private deck.

The loft is open to the living room below by a half wall and includes a set of bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom), a twin pull-out bed, and the second full bathroom. An additional flat-screen Smart TV is located in the primary bedroom.

Guests enjoy access to Sunrise's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Great location and very convenient self check-in. The apartment has all the necessary spaces to enjoy a comfortable family stay. The kitchen is well equipped, and the place feels cozy and welcoming overall.A few suggestions for improvement: updating the TVs, as they are quite old; checking the lighting in the main bedroom; providing food storage containers; and having a mop available for cleaning when arriving with snow on shoes. Additionally, the dressers could be replaced, as the drawers are difficult to open and close.It would also be helpful to have a designated area for dogs to relieve themselves, as the access area was covered with dog urine.

Great location - needs more hot water

We loved this condo for its size and convenience. It was clean and pretty much as listed. One suggestion is they need a better hot water heater. For our family of 4, only 2 of us would get warm showers, the other 2 had cold showers.

Nice complex not too far from Eagle Lodge and the Vons . Well maintained and convenient. Nothing extraordinary but overall really nice and easy to navigate place if your coming up to mammoth

Great Condo

Really enjoyed the layout of this condo. The open loft area had its own bathroom and shower and bunk beds which was awesome for the two boys. Downstairs the main bedroom was plenty big (The bed was a little small for two). The only possible negatives would be a smaller than normal bed (its a double bed)in the master and unable to use the fireplace due to all the wood on the patio being encased in ice. (Thats the price of a big winter)The heater in the condo worked great and kept it warm but a fire is always nice. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again.
