Sunrise 46: Pet Friendly, Mountain Views

Cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located at Sunrise in Mammoth Lakes, in the scenic Meadow area with views of the Sherwin Mountains. Sleeps up to 4 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft. Pet-friendly.

This bright corner unit is all on one level with a few outside stairs to enter. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the living room includes a queen sofa bed, a twin bed, flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove (wood provided), and access to mountain views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing space for meals. One outdoor parking space is included.

Guests enjoy access to Sunrise's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

The microwave is so old it’s honestly cool it still works. The jets in the spa did not work and the sauna did not heat up. Other than that classic mm spot. 5 stars.

Perfect getaway rental!

The condo was as described - clean and well equipped. The location was great, and it was especially nice to have a ground floor unit with adjacent grassy areas for our dog. If I absolutely had to find a negative, I would say it could probably use a little updating; however, that wouldn't stop me from booking there again. It had everything we needed and it was very comfortable and spacious . I would highly recommend this rental! We'll be back!

Location is very good and we will return to the area although not to this unit. The unit was very dated and very dark, a big surprise since the online pictures show a bright unit. The living room had one small table lamp that was inadequate. The bathroom fan clanked and could not be left on long enough to do much good.

Fantastic lodging in a skier’s paradise

We drove down from Portland, Oregon to ski Mammoth Mountain, and had great snow and bluebird weather- a fantastic skiing experience! We then returned home just before a huge snow event occurred. The lodging was excellent in all respects- spacious for a one bedroom condominium, excellent amenities and well equipped, not to mention very clean and tidy. Also, perfect location- close but not within the center of town, and a direct route to the ski area. I would recommend this accommodation most highly, and without reservation!

Very clean condo. Comfortable and easy to access on the first floor. Kitchen was stocked very well with everything we needed to cook. Comfortable beds, easy check in and parking right out in front of the unit. We had a great stay!

Great spot in Mammoth Lakes

Booked for three nights; traveled to Mammoth to participate in the Gran Fondo. Two of us and our fur baby, Scooter. The ground floor location was ideal because it meant Scooter did not have to climb any stairs. It is a great spot with views of the mountains and proximity to walking trail(s). The condo has a lot of character, with lots of old-world European flair. Being collectors of Swiss bells, we appreciated all of them hanging from the walls. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything matched the listing description and the listing pics were accurate. The complex is quiet, clean, and well maintained. Had a little trouble with the electronic lock. It took at least two tries to be successful (a little finicky and a little user error will do that). We will definitely consider staying there again. The Fondo is an annual trip for us and our experience was very good.

Close to Everything

We could walk to town and get to trails quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. We could sit out one the balcony and enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. We were able to bring our little dog with us. The one thing we weren't very happy about is the grounds around the condo. They watered constantly and didn't pick up a dead rodent that was near the condo. Also, there was glass by the trash container that never got swept up. Other than that we were very pleased.
