Property is top notch. Only negative is water pressure in showers is very poor. It’s a trickle up stairs and you don’t feel like you are even getting clean at all. I would love for them to see them fix that for any of there future customers. Also
maybe throw in a pancake griddle pan or something for your customers to make pancakes or quesadillas for kids. It would be a great touch!

Great Canyon Lodge Condo

Our family had a wonderful week in Mammoth. This condo is just down the street from Canyon Lodge, Schoolyard Lift and the free gondola to the village, so the location was perfect! The property managers were responsive and addressed our questions and concerns quickly. Check in was easy peasy with an onsite lockbox. We are already booked for our next stay!

Comfortable Space in a Good Location

Our family of four stayed here during the summer. It is a great location that is easily walkable to Canyon Lodge. I loved the space. Everything was clean and nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable and I loved having the washer/dryer in the bedroom closet. My only minor complaint is that some of the kitchen drawers did not open and close smoothly. The kitchen is functional, but not really updated. I would definitely book this place again!

Perfectly located!

Not only was the unit as described but the location was perfect for all of the activities we participated in. The outdoor gathering space/club house was also great for our large family gathering dinners. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Mammoth!

Amazing location and property!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit is spacious and well appointed with everything you need to host a family getaway. The location can’t be beat. A quick 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge and the Village Gondola. The property management company was super responsive during our stay as well. We look forward to renting here again.

Perfect Location!

This place is in the perfect location! Just a short walk to the Canyon base and a couple minute drive to town. Its spacious and fit 6 people very comfortably. I would 100% come back and recommend renting to anyone!

Great floor plan, super equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds

We really enjoyed our time at this cute condo. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked for cooking: loads of knives, stock pots, serving ware, and even an instapot. We really appreciated that there was no carpeting, too. The water pressure and water temperature was very low in the house. You are very close to the Canyon Lodge, but it is not truly ski in/out since you can get a ticket for skiing on the roads as we were warned. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this condo and rental company for the price!

Excellent location and great stay

We loved this condo each bedroom has its own bath. It was comfortable with a great view of the trees and walking distance to canyons lodge and ski slopes. Great family room and built in bench area open to kitchen. We will be back.

Quiet Fall Getaway

Our Sept. visit to the Mammoth Lakes area was a spontaneous one. Being off-season, the complex was almost entirely empty, which was a plus for using the whirlpool. We enjoyed the vintage ski resort vibe in this spacious and well-appointed condo. Cleanliness in the unit was uneven; fine in some areas, less so in others (e.g.., first-floor bathroom needed attention). But we enjoyed the central location and easy access to hiking. Suggestion: providing the building number/letter (B) will help people find the unit, especially when arriving in the dark.

Wonderful, homey, and convenient!

This place was a great fit for our family. We had plenty of space to spread out or be together. Nice, high ceilings in the main room felt great. Beautiful views out of the window and easy access to the slopes.

Frustrating check-in experience

I stayed at the property over the weekend and had a few issues with their property management and customer service. It resulted in a couple of hours of waiting around, finding the right phone number to call, and asking for neighbors for help. I am giving this a 3 star rating due to the poor directions provided and the lack of response when we ran into issues. 1. The confirmation email did not attach any building map. We were not able to find the apartment and there was no clear navigation to the building. 2. There are two passcode boxes on the wall, none of them worked. 3. The after hour call voice message is not clear for emergency caller and does not give direct guidance.

Great location! Ski in and ski out of canyon lodge!

Close to everything. Clean. We loved the place. Perfect for 2 families. They need a recycling trash bins. They were stocked with plenty of teas, coffee, dishwasher soaps, trash bags, and towels. We had 8 people and cooked large meals. It would have been nice to have bigger pots, pans, cooking utensils which were very old and outdated. Measuring cups were old you can’t even read the measurements. They definitely could update kitchen cooking supplies.
