Newly remodeled Bayside Condo. Perfect place to unwind.


This property is a newly renovated cozy condo on Lemon Bay in a quiet complex with a private screened in lanai along with private laundry. New furnishings create a relaxing Beachy feeling. The condo features a large master suite with a king size bed along with a flat screen tv. The living area has a chase lounge queen size sleeper sofa, a over size sleeper chair, and a large flat screen tv. Kitchen is fully furnished with new granite countertops. Step out onto the large screened in and furnished lanai to enjoy beautiful sunrise mornings.
The complex offers a private dock on Lemon bay for small boat docking , fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Bikes, beach wagon, chairs and umbrella's available. Short distance to the beaches. Only 1 mile in either direction to Blind pass or Englewood Beach. There are also great eats and entertainment just 1 short mile away.

Manasota Key is off the coast of Englewood Florida and one of the best kept secrets destinations on the Gulf of Mexico. A low keyed quiet barrier reef that has plenty to do if you are looking to keep busy or just kick back and RELAX. The beaches are a great place to soak up the sun, with great shelling and shark teeth finds. Also a great place to catch some beautiful sunsets. The Key has fantastic places to grab a bite to eat with live entertainment. Stumpy's free ride is available for transportation from the condo to the beach and restaurants.

To get your stay underway, the Lil Nauti South condo will be equipped with a few coffee pods, fresh linens, beach towels, few bathroom supplies and cleaning products.

Super cute property and great stay!

My husband and I had a great long 4th of July weekend stay at Lil' Naughty South! Our host, Stephanie, was very responsive and and so great to deal with. She answered all our questions timely and we couldn't have asked for a better host. The condo was recently updated, super clean and well-stocked with everything you need. Loved the screened lanai area and spent quite a bit of time out there reading/hanging out. My husband loved fishing off the dock and the dock was a fabulous place to watch the Dearborn Street fireworks from on the 4th :) Though the weather was a bit rainy while we were there, we were still able to go to the beach most days and it was very nice and mostly quiet as a good bit away from the public beach areas. I was pleasantly surprised to see so many turtle nests on the beach :) we loved being able to bike the /- 1 mile up to the traffic circle to go to the restaurants/convenience store. The southern area of the island near stump pass still has some recovery to complete, but we were glad to see how well the island has been recovering from the terrible storms that came through last year. Manasota Strong! Hope we can come back and stay again soon and thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great stay

Property was fantastic. Proximity to beach was excellent! The cute cupsProvided for us to keep was a nice gift! Owners have a beautiful place. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful getaway this is the place for you. Easy drive to nearby beaches too.

Perfect am/nd Cozy

This vacation was a long time coming. My husband and I have not had much time alone in 28 years. We wanted a special getaway for 2 weeks and this was perfect for us. The location was great and private. Away from the busyness of the main part of Manasota Key yet still close. Stephanie, our hostess was amazing and very quick to get back to us if we had questions. We will definitely be going back!

You will not find a better location

The sunrises and sunsets were exceptional and just a minute or two walk to either the intercostal waterway or the ocean. Proximity to beaches, bars and restaurants, was close enough to walk to but far enough away to be quite, peaceful, and relaxing. I must have put 100 miles on one of the bikes made available to me just cruising up and down Manasota Key. The house was very well equipped and I had everything I needed for an over two week stay. I did however find the check in instructions confusing in that there was supposed to be "keys" inside the house for my usage and there was only one. I also found live and dead bugs in the house each morning (some kind of beetle). Never in or around food but still... None of these things would keep me from returning.

Had a great time

Manasota key is a wonderful place and I had a great time. The owners, Stephanie and Chris were always there whenever I had any questions. Might just do a repeat!
