Charming residence nestled in the Maldives sea of Salento
Independent villa with sea view of new construction and garden of 1000 sqm. Located only 20 m from the Ionian coast of Salento. The house consists of a large entrance area with open plan kitchen and living room, hallway, two bathrooms (one inside and one outside - great for use after returning from the beach), two bedrooms, one double and l 'other twin. From inside you can access the terrace with sea view, equipped with wooden gazebo and barbecue. In the garden is a second gazebo with table and chairs and a barbecue with additional support surface masonry. Parking spaces.

Schönes Haus, gute Lage
Sehr gut ausgestattetes, schön renoviertes Haus. Ruhige, friedliche Lage mit Blick auf Oliven, Wein und Getreide hinter dem Haus und aufs Meer von der Dachterasse aus. Sehr schöne Küste mit Sandsteinfelsen, kleinen Sandbuchten und einem glasklaren Meer. War ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt.
