Kitchenette fully equipped for 4 people with crockery, pots and pans and a microwave oven fridge and freezer which are delivered thoroughly cleaned , working and ready to use. The double bedroom, bright and well-proportioned, has bedside tables and a wooden bed, orthopaedic mattresses and slatted bedsteads made by renowned Brescian handicraft firms that have supplied the solid wardrobe. Beautiful new safes, also for computers, complete the security of the house. The furnishings are completed by carefully chosen night lamps and bedspreads to make the room pleasant and ensure all possible comfort. The bathroom with shower is functional and pleasant in its accessories and the colours of the ceramics. The porch is the size of a living room, in a discreet position it is airy and shaded for mealtimes. It has a working red brick fireplace for barbecues and is furnished with a comfortable set of white plastic table and chairs. The residence offers a practical communal laundry room. The boiler room is outside the flat and close to the entrance, it is also a storage room for brooms and various care accessories.

The garden for relaxation is very large, entirely fenced in and with many types of aromatic plants, the swimming pool is protected by gated access, has a heated shower and is equipped with a solarium with two sun loungers per flat. There is a new bike storage room, protected by video alarm and available to guests.
