We traveled as a large group, including kids, and I truly feel we made the right decision when it came to price, location, and friendly staff.
The place was clean and safe. There were a few minor issues that needed fixing, but they were addressed right away, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was fair for the price, and it was very convenient to just go downstairs and not worry about what to eat.
The staff were wonderful, especially Jomar, who provided exceptional customer service. He never missed a beat greeting each and every one of us, always with a smile on his face, which made our stay even more pleasant.
They are also very serious about cleanliness and damages—any stains on towels (including face towels) or other items may result in a room charge upon checkout, which is good to know in advance.
They kindly stored our belongings while we traveled to other islands in the Philippines, with the expectation that we would check in again before heading to our next destination—this was extremely helpful. We also appreciated that they called or emailed us if anything was left behind in the room, which showed great attention to guests.
The location was very convenient, with laundry services around the corner, as well as banks, grocery stores, and shopping centers all within walking distance. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.
