Room was great, but staff was very busy on New Year’s Eve. Check-in took very long and trying to get someone to open our adjoining room took very long as well! Staff was still very friendly and breakfast buffet was more than decent.

Grand is a beautiful and affordable hotel with 5 star vibe. Standard rooms are clean but on the small side so with large luggages can be tight. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Staffs are accommodating and polite. Outdoor pool is big with a bar. Its 15min walk to Ayala Manila Bay Mall. MOA is only 7min drive. Would definitely go back here again.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was so polite and kind and very helpful withbour needs. The only negative comment i have is the amount.of construction around the building. But this will be a positive in the future
