The staff are some of the most friendly, accommodating, and professional I’ve encountered in my 50 plus years of travel abroad. I cannot say enough about how hard they work to ensure a welcoming and comfortable stay. The hotel is impeccably clean, well located in the entertainment district of Manila, and yet the rooms are completely soundproofed and some have great views of Manila bay. The blackout curtains are designed to overlap each other so folks from all parts of the world can adjust to the new time zone with minimal effort. I’ve never slept so well in a hotel than here. The beds are very comfortable and climate controls are excellent and fast to adjust. The staff get to know you quickly, thus making your stay even more comfortable and welcoming. The room charges are very reasonable considering the first class treatment you will receive. My advice is to book your stay here and make this your home base. You will not regret it! Elevators got stuck shaking and making loud grinding noises. We were scared - after 5 minutes of being stuck - it finally started up. Why is this happing in a relatively my new hotel ?? Room air conditioning made click sounds all night - fan going fast then slow fast then show — hard to sleep. That had coffee maker in room — BUT NO COFFEE packages. I would never stay here again - to many maintenance issues and lack in room prep for customers.

Great service and a huge breakfast buffet selection with a chef for specialty eggs , omlettes and waffles and pancakes. It took us until the 2nd day to locate it, but it is there, in the back of the buffet area.

Luxurious hotel. Shuttle to and from airport was handy. Cant really walk to Mall of Asia although its only 1 mile. Didnt feel safe so I took a Grab. Lovely gym. Attendant Nico and another young man and woman, were soo nice and always made sure that gym was well mantained and that people had proper shoes and clothes on. Room service is 24/7. Rooms a wee bit small but perfect for a single traveler or two people without alot of luggage. Pool was nice and well maintained. I loved this hotel!

Nice hotel

Overall, a great stay. The hotel was clean. Excellent security team. The only issue I had to report was a bad safe where mine stopped working. It turns out it was a bad battery, but there was also an issue with it becoming stuck. The second was the connection between both rooms. The doors only open a certain amount. This made it awkward if we had to walk to the front door or the restroom. That said, nice luxury style hotel, amazing staff, decent pool (could use handrails for handicap as the tiles are slightly slippery)
