Spacious and great location
Publié le 20 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time enjoying the view of this property. It was spacious with 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs and 3 bathrooms all together. However, checking in was not easy since the property manager sent the driver, he was nice but doesn’t seem to know or oriented about their policy. We had to pay for parking the first night because the driver they sent or the security of the condo didn’t seem to know where we should park. I emailed the property manager and she said we we had spot for parking but not until I asked. Then the driver told us, we can check out anytime and he’ll just be back whenever so we agreed on checking out at 2:30pm . But then the property manager called the night before and claimed we should be gone by noon. I told her about her driver’s agreement but she claimed he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. First of all, we checked in late almost around 7:30pm which I communicated with her so hoping she can be flexible and let us stay until 2:30pm but she refused.
So if you’re looking for space and location, it’s great but hope they can improved on communications. Property manager should give her driver correct information and also the condo concierge. They seem to be unaware of our presence and at first refused to let us in the gym.

Guest booked for 7 adults and 1 child. She informed us that she was checking in at 3pm and never mentioned she needed to use parking. Unit was ready for them before 3pm. She checked in at 9:44pm instead with 8 adults + 2 additional adults for a total of 10. Our max capacity is 8 including any children as stated clearly on VRBO and per building rules. House rules broken but out of consideration property manager did not forfeit their booking and agreed to just them let stay for additional guest fee payable next day through VRBO. Guests informed the driver who opened the unit for them that they wanted 2:30pm checkout. We informed them that checkout is 12noon or earlier as clearly stated on VRBO. We gave them the option to checkout later for a fee. Guest insisted on a free late checkout thus their bad review.
Guests were given personal guest access cards by the concierge. Gym door is opened using those same access cards so we do not know how they were possibly initially refused access to the gym as they claimed in this review. We are not a 6 star hotel and guests cannot expect all the building staff to know who they are.
We do not recommend Cristina and her group and do not want to host them again.

Great hosts with great service.

The place is in a good location everything you need is within walk walking distance. I will stay here every time I come to Manila.
