The private dock and boat buoy are provided for your boat or jet ski. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for cooking, and a dining area has seating for six and kitchen bar seating for four.

Upon arrival the code that Vacasa gave us did not unlock the door. After numerous attempts, we called Vacasa and they gave us a code to unlock the front door key lock box which also did not work. They gave us another code to unlock the back door key lock box which worked and we were able to retrieve a key to open the front door. Frustrating since we had driven all day to reach our destination. The home was very clean, the kitchen is well equipped. Living room furniture is not comfortable and the furnishings through out are very dated. The outdoor area is great with plenty of seating, fire pit, beach, and dock. The location is close to wineries, restaurants and anything else you need. All in all we would probably stay there again.

Great place to stay!

I was a bit hesitant about what to expect based on the previous reviews but was presently surprised. First, the pictures are outdated. There have been a lot of updates to the outside of the property. The grill now sits on the deck and is gas, not charcoal. The outside space around the fire pit has all been updated. The house was clean, cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. In previous reviews people complained about the “flies.” Yes, there are a lot of gnats but I imagine that every house on the lake deals with the same issue so it’s more of a location issue rather than an issue specific to this property. The owner of the property lives up the driveway and was extremely nice to our kiddos. We had 3 rambunctious 3 year olds who were quite loud and kept wandering up to her house. She cut flowers for them and even gave my son a bandaid when he fell and scraped his knee. This is the perfect set up for kids as there is a large back yard that leads down to the water. There are steps that lead down into the water and it starts out shallow. We all had a great time and will definitely be back for a stay in 2024!

Second stay at this location. House is comfortable, deck is lovely, waterfront is fantastic. Seawall, steps into the lake, dock, and a buoy for your boat. Perfect place if your goal is to be on and in the water.

All the reviews posted on your site are obviously selected by you..what we found was the house was worn out..the air conditioning units were super loud and dirty we couldn’t even hardly open the sliding door we had to clean the tracks of dirt and debris just so we could get out onto the deck..the deck is the most unsafe deck I ever seen! I’ve been a general contractor for 39 years if I called the building official in Chelan County they would shut the place down tomorrow! My mother almost fell down numerous times! the deck and lawn furniture was all extremely dirty the furniture inside the house was worn out I will say the kitchen was well stocked with pans

Amazing outdoor space!

We have been renting houses in Chelan for 10+ years - from monster mansions on the Lake to little homes on the bluff. Pros- location is excellent - in between Wapato Point and Chelan. The outdoor spaces are amazing - a large deck, ample flat lawn for games, shade trees, long wide dock and a sandy beach (our first walk in sand beach - game changer!). The home has a large kitchen with island making it easy to cook and serve meals. Cons - no central air conditioning - but two units, one in master and one in the living room and lots of fans which made the spaces bearable. The other 2 bedrooms are very small (and only one with a closet - the other was pad locked and drawers were full of extra sheets so limited drawer space). Also, the smell of the septic tank that serves the community up the street made it impossible to open the windows in the one bedroom. Overall, we loved our stay since we spent most of our time enjoying the lake and beautiful outdoors. We would absolutely rent this home again.

Stayed here recently. Location is great. However. Beds aren’t comfortable. You should get better beds so people can relax, sleep and to reenergize. Ceiling fan In dining room was filthy.

Great vacation rental!

We stayed at the house over Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time! We had 7 adults and 2 little kids and the house worked well for our group size. Large kitchen stocked with everything we needed, laundry, spacious hangout areas both inside and outside, and the grounds are kept up very well including a garden that the owner's daughter said we could pick veggies from! The best part was the view and being right on the lake....the water was clean and perfect for swimming/ floating and there is a private dock for your boat/jet skiis. We were expecting a sandy beach (based on the pictures) but not a big deal - the water is very shallow where you step in. Also, the A/C units are located in the master bedroom and living room, so unless you leave all bedroom doors open during the night and circulate the air with the provided fans, the other 2 bedrooms get super hot (only an issue on the very hot days). Other than that we would love to stay here again!

Best time ever!

We had the best time at this cute place! We were two families, 5 adults and one older kiddo! We absolutely loved everything about this place. The location was ideal, right between Chelan and Manson. The place was clean and well loved! It was well equipped with everything you’d need for cooking or grilling your favorite meal. Beds were comfy. Fire pit was a hit for s’more making! The dock and walk out sandy bottom is rare in Chelan for a rental I think! Our friends came to visit by boat who also have a place on the water in Manson and said it was awesome! We’ve been coming to Chelan for years and this is our new favorite place! The only thing about the listing is, it says “pet friendly” but they must have changed that because it no longer is. They should probably update it. That was what first attracted me to this place because we were thinking of bringing our dog. We had to leave him home with our son but it worked out fine. I’m glad we decided to rent it anyway. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! We’ll be back!

Wonderful beach front home

We LOVED this home. It was perfect for our two small families with two young children. They could safety walk into the water, sit in the shade, access the full house without stairs. The amenities were great, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we can't wait to visit again.
