Beautiful 3 floor Penthouse on the seashore in a privileged area of the paradise city Manzanillo. You will have an incredible ocean view from any of the 3 floors. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with ocean view and a terrace with jacuzzi on the top floor. You will have all the comforts for a pleasant stay, fully equipped kitchen, as well as air conditioning in all rooms.

On the main level of the Penthouse you’ll find the kitchen, dinning room, half bathroom, living room and of course don’t forget about the great ocean view.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one in each side. The one in the left has a king size bed, private full bathroom, air-conditioning, TV and a small terrace with ocean view. The one in the right has 2 twin size beds, private full bathroom and air-conditioning.

Upstairs the Master bedroom has a king size bed, private full bathroom, air-conditioning and an ocean view terrace with jacuzzi.

The penthouse is inside Gran Pacífico condominium which is one of the most “resort like” condos in Manzanillo. The pool is huge and heated, with several levels including one for sunbathing and it´s surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. There are 3 tennis courts and a 4th court that offers basketball, volleyball, or soccer. The security is some of the best in Manzanillo, and the parking is underground and ample.

It also has well as jacuzzi, palapa, towels, security 24/7, and cleaning services included on arrival and departure.

You´ll have Wi-Fi connection inside the Penthouse and in the pool area as well.

On top of all that, the beach is only steps away. You will be able to swim at the beach, watch your kids skimboard, jump in the massive pool to cool down, order food and margaritas from the pools restaurant, or enjoy the jacuzzi on the second floor of the pool. Finish up your day by going up to the condo to have amazing dinner with friends and family and then relax by watching a movie. Then repeat the next day.

If you are looking for a quiet place that feel's like a home and not a resort, this is the place to stay. It is very family friendly which is great if you are traveling with kids, I would not recommend if you are wanting a child free experience. The views from all three levels were beautiful! Air conditioning in every room. The kitchen was fully stocked, the couches are comfortable and all of the balconies had plenty of furniture for watching the port and listening to the waves. This property was centrally located to a lot of restaurants and grocery shopping.

The pools were perfect, but the house was in need of maintenance. One of the split-unit air conditioners leaked on the last night and soaked the bed and my grandson. The property did provide an ice chest and beach toys, which was a nice touch. The staff was excellent, and the property was quiet and clean. However, I was disappointed that the listing was advertised in USD, but at checkout the charges were converted to ERO at a higher cost. This felt misleading.

Limpio, bonito y muy bien ubicado

El departamento está muy bonito, la vista es hermosa, las albercas están muy limpias y con el agua calientitita, tiene de ventaja que el soriana está justo enfrente de los condominios así que no te tienes que preocupar por nada. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables.
