This hotel is old and worn down lokking with cracked floor tiles. The bed sheets were stained, some stains looked like blood. Sliding shower door broken, you had to lift it to open it. Air conditioner barely worked. Couldn't control speed of fan. Had to step over corner of bed to get in and out of bathroom. Closet had no light. Bathroom had one little light. No on off switch inside bathroom found it by the lamp next to bed. No outlet next to or near bed. Found one outlet on the opposite side of the room. Door wouldn't stay shut unless even when lock fully engaged, door would simply swing open. You had to secure the door with a little piece of metal that slides up into the door frame. Hotel is noisy, could hear banging, alarms and shouting in the lobby even in the middle of the night. Was told restaurant would open at 8am. Went down at 8:30 and still closed. Booked for two nights. One night was enough, I canceled my second night and hotel refused to refund me my second unused night. Absolutely đŻ % would not recommend this hotel.
Nice hotel, great location, could use extra scrub.
An older but well-kept hotel with a great location on the peninsula de Santiago. Amazing views of both bays. Clean beds and most surfaces, but certain areas like the switches on end-table lamps and shower stall corners are a bit grimy and could use a little scrubbing, cleaning staff seems to ignore these. Without a car itâs a bit of a healthy exercise to get to the spectacular hilltop location. Not very many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, but two convenience stores are. Overall a little expensive, but you are paying for the view and peace from the city.
Great property that is perfect for a family. We rented multiple villas so each group had their own villa. The pool was warm and the area has great views. đ
This charming hotel had stunning views of Manzanillo, we loved the view from our rooms and the pool. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the rooms tidy. It was a short walk away from Playa La Audiencia which is a pleasant beach with umbrellas and chairs available for rent, great food vendors, and boat rides.
