Ideal location in Marbella
Posted Oct. 25, 2023 on HomeAwayA well located home beside the beach. It has 2 patios overlooking the ocean for eating and sunbathing. It is near stores for shopping and close to the historic section of Marbella. The bedrooms are comfortable. Two of the showers drained slowly. The kitchen was well equipped except for wine glasses. These are minor points. There is parking available for one car.
I would strongly recommend staying here.

Beautiful location
Posted Sep. 10, 2023 on HomeAwayLovely villa but needs an upgrade. Bathrooms are great but furnishings & kitchen are tired. Villa managers couldn’t be more helpful but we were promised a travel cot by the owner which took 2 nights to sort out which meant the baby had nowhere safe to sleep. Villa is very well equipped & in a perfect location. A real treat to go to sleep listening to the waves on the beach.

fabulous villa ,close to everything in downtown Marbella
Posted Jun. 27, 2023 on HomeAwayfirst of all the property mangers were both so helpful, even with the little stuff.it was an 10 min walk to the old town. .best closest super market, the super cor was about 5 mins, and all the restaurants were very close along the promenade. we loved this place, when not at the beach or going out to dinner , we spent a few evenings on the patio bbqing with an awesome bbq. I would highly recommend this villa and I am looking forward to coming back next year and the year after

Location! Location!

The location is amazing and just a short stroll to all bars, restaurants, shops etc.
We loved being so close to the ocean.
The layout and room configuration perfectly suited out large group.
It needs to be clearly stated in the Villa description, that the upstairs bathroom for the two bedrooms is actually a Jack & Jill bathroom (with access from both bedrooms). We were thrilled to discover this as had thought it was an ensuite for one of the rooms.
Also this property is not suitable for young kids or elderly adults with any mobility issues, as both stairways have open sides with zero barrier.
The Villa is in pretty good condition but is very “tired” in parts.
We were so appreciative of having a late checkout on our departure day, due to a late flight.
Also our hosts, Manuel & Paola were super helpful and responsive.
We would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it.

Perfect Location and a very well equipped Villa
Posted May 19, 2023 on HomeAwayFirst impression was it just what we were expecting. We received a warm welcome and everybody could not have been more helpful. Other reviews say the villa is tired and this is true but does not detract from having the perfect holiday. The place is so well equipped and the welcome gifts and water was a treat. Showers were really good, and the locations is just perfect. Also an added bonus for us was a good Gas BBQ. One note, this is not a complaint just to help others my Father was 98 and is not very mobile so found the steps (only a few to his bedroom, to the promenade and garden) quite difficult. If like us you want a bathroom and bedroom on one level its not perfect. We managed and it didn't spoil our holiday its just a warning. Also not equipped for people with disabilities as no hand rails etc. Great stay and would really recommend this villa its wonderful.

Fantastic Sea Side property

Property managers were very helpful and readily available to recommend local places to visit.

It's all about location
Posted Jan. 16, 2023 on HomeAwayThe property is beautifully situated on the ocean front with a busy boardwalk between the property and the beach. It's location sold us and, ultimately, we were happy with the choice. (Easy walking to food, restaurants and old town Marbella.) However, the property needs some TLC and won't be able to reply on its location for long unless upgrades are made. The first thing we had to do was pour Drano in a shower which was completely backed up and contact the property manager on the first night so we could use the oven, which is old. The labels on the knobs were completely rubbed away so that we couldn't tell temperature from function knobs. The manager kindly texted us a photo of his same-brand oven. We had access to a washer/dryer, but both are tiny and time-consuming. And, unfortunately, we woke every day before 7 to a dredging ship directly across from the building. It worked ALL DAY except Christmas Day, moving sludge from one part of the sea to another. I realize this isn't the owner's fault, but it might be work asking about that schedule in the future because it was loud! (Again, it was every day.)

Thanks so much for your opinion. Your opinion helps us improve the quality of our services. However there are some things you mention that I must correct.
Firstly , the oven is only 5 years old and the numbers are erased due to a factory defect.
We had assisted you in the same moment you required.
About our appliances (dry& wash machine) are not of industrial capacity, they have a capacity of 9kg for a home and are from one of the best brands in Europe.
I'm sorry your stay was in the draggingperiod, you must know it is so necessary for the fisherboots to enter and leave the port in front.To my knowledge there is no dredging calendar for anyone. The works of the sea nobody tells you how, or when, or where they are going to take place. I respect your opinion but that type of sea work is not noise and I consulted with the president of the community and neighbors and was informed that it was not noisy , Perhaps it was annoying for your view.
Our area is one of the most privileged as it maintains the atmosphere of the old Marbella with this also include our fishing port which is very close to home, the promenade and down town (the old town of Marbella).
