The holiday home offers two accommodations and two parking lots each, in a private covered parking inside the property, a very well-kept lawn featuring a large porch overlooking the sea for outdoor dining, for each apartment, an outdoor shower each, small veranda on the lawn, private barbecues and two other outdoor dining areas. Some MTB bikes, sun loungers and umbrella to take to the beach, some other sun loungers in the garden, wireless Adsl connection and satellite TV are also available for free.
The holiday home is placed in a really quiet surrounding, by the sea (just 100m from the front door to touch the sea), and offers two accommodations 90smq and 70sqm large, ideal for family vacations but offering separate access and amenities, to have the possibility to rent just one of the apartments (most common case actually).
Our holiday home is located in a very quiet area, about 2km far from the city center of Marciana Marina (a 2 minutes drive, 10 minutes ride, 20 minutes walk) and surrounded by nature, but still only 100 meters away from the sea. In an excellent position to reach every place of interest on the island and in the heart of the most naturalistic part of it; it is located on the wonderful coastal road of the Western Ring, which touches the most beautiful beaches of the island as well as the wonderful village of Marciana, on the slopes of Monte Capanne. The city of Portoferraio, with its wonderful Capobianco beach, the Napoleonic villas and its fortresses, as well as all the comforts that the largest town on the island can offer, can be reached in just 15 minutes by car.
Our place is suitable for both those seeking tranquility and relaxation and those interested in exploring the most beautiful beaches of the island or the majestic Mediterranean flora and fauna through walks in the nearby woods; all this thanks to the central location, from which it is very easy to quickly reach whatever you are looking for on our beautiful island: from the most popular discos to the most beautiful beaches of Elba, from which it is possible to stare at the hottest and most amazing sunsets, the characteristic village of Marciana, a splendid medieval hamlet on the slopes of Mount Capanne from whose summit it will be possible to overlook the entire archipelago, the suggestive town of Marciana Marina, overlooking the sea and offering magnificent views, beautiful beaches and countless attractions. This is only a fraction of what you can find at the distance of a coffee break from your accommodation, enjoying the tranquility of a green area as well as the comforts of a well-equipped town for tourism, reachable in less than 2 minutes by car.
70sqm APARTMENT: This apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double and one triple (eventually set up as a French double plus single), a complete bathroom with a big and comfortable shower and a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, in masonry; it can accommodate up to 5 people plus a baby cot. As for the other apartment, all the aforementioned comforts are offered, from satellite TV to wireless connection, from the washing machine in a convenient external laundry room to the personal barbecue with adjoining refreshment area. On the lawn, in front of the door, a splendid veranda with solar shower, to allow yourself a moment of relaxation. Central heating with powerful fireplace for the winter. You will also receive some portable beach beds, with umbrella, and two covered parking lots.
