The apartment called “Monte San Savino” is located on the first and second floors and has a total area of approximately 170 square metres.
It is accessed through a private outdoor area equipped with a table, chairs, a beach umbrella, and deck chairs. The staircase is entirely made of terracotta, constructed with original bricks.
On the first floor is a very spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and terracotta ceilings over four metres high, featuring solid chestnut wood beams.
The fully equipped and functional kitchen is in a separate area, though open to the living room. The furniture was custom-designed by the architect and crafted by a local artisan.
On the same floor, there is a double bedroom, a master bedroom, a bathroom with a tub and shower, and a small utility room with a washer and dryer.
An internal staircase leads up to the Turret, where there is another double bedroom, equipped with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and a beautiful panoramic view.
