Accommodation description:
In the armpit, on the south side of the building, there are two balconies to enjoy the sunshine. The living room with open kitchen is cosy and attractively furnished. The master bedroom has direct access to the balcony and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The small bedroom has a bunk bed. It is also possible to sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room. There is also a cosy middle room, which can be closed off from the living room with a sliding door

With the second bathroom, equipped with bathtub, shower enclosure and toilet, this flat can accommodate 4 to possibly 6 people.
The Hochkönig ski area is part of the immense ski region Ski Amadé with 120 kilometres of slopes! Ski like a king over the white and beautifully groomed slopes here. You will find numerous mountain huts serving delicious regional and international cuisine!
In summer, this area is a true hiking and cycling paradise. with around 340 kilometres of hiking trails and a large number of varied cycling routes. Visit cosy towns and villages in the vicinity, toals Maria Alm, Saalfelden or Zell am See. Take a refreshing dip in one of the crystal-clear mountain lakes and enjoy the Austrian sunshine

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
