"Getting Ice was a major problem during our entire stay. They only have 2 machines for the entire hotel and they were out of ice or very low everytime we tried to get some. They need one or 2 additonal machines. The Roku TV was set on closed captioning and generic remote would not let us turn it off. Desk clerk came up and attempted to do it, but had to go get numerous remotes and finally found a true Roku remote that would work the TV. He was very helpful, but it was time consuming when we just wanted to relax and watch TV before bed. "
