Nothing less then fantastic! The place was absolutely prefect. My son even had his own tv room.

What an amazing place

Lazy Days
Posted Sep. 29, 2023 on HomeAwayVery nice place. We really enjoyed our stay, will go back. Very clean, very accommodating. Close to all of the good hiking trails. Our Lab loved it, enjoyed the cows in the pasture north of us. 😊

Beautiful cabin near the lake
Posted Sep. 23, 2023 on HomeAwayWe loved our 3 nights at the cabin. It was so clean and so furnished, everything we could want or need was there. We did not need the loft, but it looked so nice! The main bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was so well stocked. We loved the front screen in porch (where the dogs sat with us every morning while we drank our coffee as sun rose). We also ate dinner every evening on the back patio, that was very nice. And we were surprised no mosquitos! We did not get to fish as the marina was closed and we were planning on buying live bait there. Google said the town of Brookville had a bait shop, but they had none. But we still enjoyed ourselves, walking around the trails by the lake, walking around the neighborhood near the cabin, going to Marquette (highly recommend Piper's Grocery!) for ice cream sodas and strolling the park, and my husband loved the motorcycle museum! We went and walked around Coronado Castle and went to explore the town of Lindsborg, but it started to rain so didn't get to see as much of this cute town as we would have liked. Communication with Lori was great! We were very happy with everything. It is not always easy to find a place that will take 2 dogs, even small quiet ones like mine, but everything there was very dog friendly. I hope we get a chance to come back. We have stayed at many rentals all over, and this one is definitely one of our favorites! Oh, be sure and visit the Mushroom Rock Park, it is fun to see!

Fabulous
Posted Aug. 8, 2023 on HomeAwayWonderful home! So clean and organized. The little details that Lori has are so sweet. Great host!! The home is well stocked with everything you need and more. The decor is very welcoming. We took 2 dogs with our girl trip. The dogs had so much fun they slept for a day after getting home. Can’t wait to go back!

Lake getaway

Every little thing was great

Cute, clean, convenient cabin

We loved all the extra features this cabin offered and it turned out to be a convenient location for a variety of sites we wanted to visit in the area. Owners are very responsive and take great care of their property. I'd book it again without hesitation.
