Nice stay overall they don't have "Do not disturb "tags we asked and they gave us one and somebody took it from the door .

a lot of noise in the corridor. people (a group of young people from london) smoked ester pipe. it appears that the staff did not have control over such incidents.

Efficient and available staff but : - real problems with WIFI and no possibility to have a cafe at 5 a.m before taking a taxi even if the breakfast is payed ! - people smoking in the hotel hall...Unbelievable !

I have been visiting Marrakesh for the last 20 years and have been staying at this lovely welcoming and friendly hotel for all that time. I always have a very pleasant stay here. The lobby area is beautifully designed, as are the very relaxing and stunningly landscaped gardens and pool area. The rooms are comfortable and functional with a very appreciated balcony. The dining experience is of a high standard with Sherif at the helm to ensure all runs very smoothly and your requests are accommodated. The staff and management all work hard for their visitors and there is a family ethos to the way the hotel is run and how they all treat each other and their visitors in turn. This hotel accommodates groups, families and single travellers equally which is quite rare in Morocco and again an indication of the care and consideration the staff show their visitors making you feel valued and appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to all and will continue to support them if I am lucky enough to be able to book a room as due to the facilities and location this hotel is always in demand. Job well done.

You get what you pay for.

Very nice and helpful reception/concierge. However the room was dirty. Hair on the ground and in the sink. Dust balls on the pillows/sheets and some stains on the throw blanket...
