Appalachian Hideaway has been completely furnished by Collin and Kate with brand-new everything, from high-end LG appliances and TVs to new beds, linens, and comfortable and inviting furniture. New floors and completely repainted

Located just 30 miles from downtown Asheville and only 15mins from I26 - so a perfect weekend getaway

The west-facing deck has a full-size hot tub, and a bar-height fire pit table so you get uninterrupted views of the Appalachian Mountains.

If you want to just be cozy and warm - then the open fire, plentiful throws, and warm furnishing will be ideal for your stay

We have the evenings covered with either the Pool Table loft - a full-size re-covered pool table - so adult entertainment is sorted - play whilst others hang watching the big screen TV in the main family room just underneath - so all can be part of the fun.

Then if the desire is to watch a movie during your stay - then the 85inch mega TV movie room comes into the fray so to speak - seating for the whole family and being emersed in amazing sound and HD images - a top-of-the-range LG TV smart TV awaits.

The unit has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

But also ideal for a couple to have the space to enjoy the views and peace a 2700 SQFT home brings

Three decks allow for peace and quiet for the whole group as needed

The front deck has a 3 burner full-size grill
The master bedroom deck is covered so ideal for morning coffees regardless of the weather and also has a table fire pit for added warmth.

Winter fun is also covered - located next to Hatley Pointe Boutique Ski resort

We also have provided a 50-inch sled for fun - please note you are advised to wear a helmet and use it at your own risk - which you accept when booking.

We have tried to ensure that you want for absolutely nothing when you stay in our mountain home.

This being our second home you will find some personal items in the home and so we welcome you as personal guests.

We had an amazing trip to Appalachian Hideaway over MLK weekend. Collin was immediately responsive to any questions we had about the property as well as amenities around the area. The house is outfitted with everything you could possible need and then some including nice touches like portable speakers and even sandals for the hot tub. You could tell this is truly a special place for the host and they value their guests having the opportunity to enjoy the property as if it were theirs. We loved Hadley Point as well and hope to return soon for another stay. I would highly recommend this property!

The pictures don't do the property justice. It is spacious, clean, and feels like a luxury getaway. The kitchen is well stocked so even if you have people in every room you wont be fighting for glasses and plates. The view is stunning from every level. The host was incredibly responsive, clear in his communication, and met every expectation. We will be returning!
