TD Trulli Altura with Pool & Stunning Sunsets

Trulli Altura is a complex of typical cones and Lamie with beautiful views of a quiet valley in the Apulian countryside. The house is only a 5-minute drive from Alberobello and can accommodate up to 9 guests. A dry stone wall surrounds the entire property, equipped with private parking. The house is divided into two non-communicating parts, but both equipped with every comfort. Arriving at the front of the house, there is a large patio that seats a wooden table with chairs, from every point on the front of the house you can admire the wonderful view of the valley thanks to its predominant position on top of the hill. Accessing the first 'part' of the trullo, you access the kitchen with high stone vaults, equipped with an oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher and small appliances, plus a large table with chairs. A door on the left gives access to the first bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. A hallway leads to the second bathroom with shower for the house and the other two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the third bedroom has only one single bed. Leaving, and passing under the large patio, a few stone steps lead to the second half of the house, which has a comfortable living room with sofas and TV. The entire furniture respects the tones of the countryside that surrounds the house, ranging from sage green to beige. In the same room there is a small kitchen, equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher and mini fridge. A comfortable peninsula with stools is framed inside a trullo. From here a corridor leads to the large bathroom with shower for the house, and to the two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the second with two single beds.
The swimming pool (10x5 meters) also has a wonderful view of the valley, has a solarium area with sun loungers, and two patios that house sofas and seats to enjoy maximum relaxation and breathtaking sunsets.
The nearest town is Alberobello, which is only 5 minutes away by car, here you will find large supermarkets, pharmacies but above all a world-famous historic center, rich in history and typical restaurants with excellent local cuisine. Not far away are other places of interest such as Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Castellana Grotte, Monopoli, Ostuni, Polignano a mare and much more.
The famous city of Matera is about an hour from the trulli.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.
