Located in the countryside,a short distance from the baroque town of Martina Franca, this lovely trullo has been reburbished to a high standard without compromising the trullo's inherent charm and always with the intention of ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. Consisting of an open plan lounge diner, kitchen, two double bedrooms, games room, two bathrooms, private pool and great outdoor space for relaxation.

INSIDE THE PROPERTY:

Admire the craftmanship of the trullo from the original features and the artwork and creations from local artists ,that adorn the walls making this a trully unique space.

Entering the trullo a short hallway leads to the:

Kitchen: The separate fully fitted kitchen is kitted out with a large fridge-freezer, full size oven, four ring gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, double sink, wall cabinets and shelving for storage. There is also a USB charging socket with the light switch.

Lounge area Situated under two large trullo cones the lounge area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, two armchairs uniquely adapted from an old grape press, coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player, and stratgically placed lighting to create a calm and harmonious atmosphere and an air-conditioning unit

Dining Area: The dining area has a table and chairs for six in front of an open fireplace, and a dresser holding crockery and glasses nearby

Master bedroom: Furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, chest of drawers, full length mirror, concealed hanging and shelving area for clothing. There is also a wall hung air conditioning unit in the bedroom and a USB charging socket.

On request this room can also be made as twin beds

Twin Room: Furnished with two single beds that can be made up as a double on request, bedside cabinets with lamps, concealed hanging space and shelving for clothing. There is also a wall hung air conditioning unit in the room and a USB charging socket.

Bathroom 1: The bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms and has a shower cubicle, wash basin with mirror and light above, WC, bidet, and cabinet for toiletries.

Games Room: This room is in a separate building just a few steps away from the trullo and where there is another bathroom. In addition to a selection of board games, tennis rackets, etc. the washing machine and ironing board is located here.

OUTSIDE

Trullo Courtyard

This lovely area outside of the trullo is walled with large openings out onto both the pool and land areas.

Relax on the outdoor 3 seater sofa or one of the chairs and admire the grape vine growing up near the trullo entrance.

Al Fresco Dining: Overlooking the pool from the courtyard area is the large covered al fresco dining area. A stone table which seats up to six people is perfect for enjoying all the delicious food found in Puglia. Nearby is the BBQ, preparation area, sink, storage cupboards, lighting and a USB charging socket for your electronic devices. Wifi is also available outside

The whole courtyard is tastefully lit so al-fresco dining can be had at any time of the day.

Pool Area: This quiet and private area has a free form, 7m x 4m pool, perfect for cooling off. It is entered by using the ladder and has a all over depth of 1.2m. Why not relax on one of the sun loungers and enjoy the view of the land. There is also an outdoor pool shower in this area.

Games Court: Outside the walled area there is a large fenced, hard court (25m x 6.5 m) with a basket ball hoop, and where you can also play football, tennis, badminton, etc. This can also be lit at night.

Outdoor table tennis: enjoy a game of ping pong which is fully shaded for added comfort.

Land: The trullo also has a small amount of land on which you can find various fruit trees and is perfect for children to run around on.

Parking: There is off road parking for at least two cars.

OTHER INFORMATION: The property is well lit outside at night. It also have enclosed boundaries of either dry stone walls, fencing or gates, so that you know exactly where your children are.

The baroque town of Martina Franca, with its shops, restaurants, bars, churches, etc is less than 10 minutes by car. Sites such as the trulli at Alberobello, caves at Castellana Grotte, water park at Egnazia, the drive through safari in Fasano and beaches are all under an hour away.
