L`Ebrezza
is a modern and cozy holiday home only 30 meters away from the
beautiful beach in Campomarino near Maruggio. The apartment is on the
first floor of a semi-detatched house and it has an annex below the
street level.
The small gate opens
into an outdoor area furnished with sofas. Two staircases lead to the
first floor, where the apartment L`Ebrezza is and to the basement floor,
where is the independent annex.
The
recently-built house is functional and furnished with new elements. On
the first floor there are the living room with kitchen and sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, 1 full bathroom.
The annex is a studio apartment with double bed, tv, air conditioning, fridge and microwave oven and a full bathroom.

L`Ebrezza
is a lovely and cozy holiday home by the sea, within walking distance
from the beach and the city centre of Campomarino with its shops.
This
tract of sandy coast is uncontaminated and characterized by the
turquoise sea with shallow bottom, ideal for children. Moreover, it is
possible to request boat trips to admire the coast.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
