apartments, independent of each other, with a common entrance in a
pretty courtyard. Here, a small space is furnished with a table and
chairs of exclusive property.
The entrance is into a small but complete kitchen. There is also a shower room on this floor.
From
the kitchen, internal stairs lead to the floor below, where charming
ancient vaults restored to splendor welcome the sleeping area, furnished
with 1 sofa bed + 1 double bed.

three autonomous and independent apartments that make up the La Piccola
Corte complex are located in the historic center of Maruggio, a small
town with all the main services, just 2 km from the beaches.
The
seaside resort of Campomarino di Maruggio is just 2 km away, among the
most popular destinations for seaside vacations in Puglia in the Taranto
Ionian arch area.  


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared entrance with two other apartments.
