The rate does not include: Mandatory extra
cleaning in case of the presence of animals (€50.00 per pet per week or part of the week and small and medium size). The admission of animals to the facility must be authorized in advance by the owner after communicating the number of animals, size and breed.

Villa Cristina is a former hunting reserve located in the hills above Montecatini Terme. Surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees and aromatic herbs, this small renovated villa offers a panoramic view of the Valdinievole hills. Completely renovated to accommodate up to three people, the villa is bright and furnished in a modern style. Arranged on two levels, it houses a living area with kitchen and seating area, as well as two bedrooms with bathrooms. Outside, the garden includes a shaded lounge with sun visors, a panoramic dining area with barbecue and a private pool located just below the house. The location is ideal for exploring many of Tuscany's wonders, from Florence and Lucca to the golden beaches of Versilia, while golf and wellness lovers will appreciate the nearby golf courses and spas.

Interiors:
The villa is spread over two floors. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance from the front courtyard into the living area with kitchen and dining table; bathroom with shower. LOWER FLOOR (accessible via an internal iron spiral staircase) — A single bedroom with a French bed; a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a completely fenced terraced garden of about 2500 square meters, planted with olive trees, fruit trees and Mediterranean shrubs. Natural hedges separate the main garden from the pool area. A white gravel driveway, lined with fruit trees, leads from the entrance gate to the parking area, shaded by a pergola covered with kiwi plants. Outside the house, a shaded seating area is furnished with outdoor sofas under a sun canopy. Not far away, a panoramic dining area is equipped with a built-in barbecue. A short staircase connects the dining area to the olive grove and the pool, which is also accessible from the adjoining sleeping area. N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located on a smaller terrace than the villa, with a view of the Valdinievole hills. Rectangular in shape; measuring 11 x 3 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m; covered in sand-colored PVC with sandstone border; access via Roman staircase and recessed corner with shallow beach area; chlorine purification system; internal lighting. The surrounding solarium area is paved with teak-effect anti-slip resin slats and is equipped with sun loungers, tables, umbrella and solar shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
