Magnificent house in quiet area with pool and lots of relaxation

Casa Pollio, is located in a panoramic position in the beautiful Massa Lubrense
The structure consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom. On the first floor the kitchen with exit to the swimming pool, bathroom with shower, living room with television and computer with free internet connection. On the second floor: bathroom with bath, three bedrooms, two doubles and one with twin beds, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. The exterior of the house is wonderful! The huge table and the oven to outdoor relaxing!wood-burning stove with a comfortable enable customers to dine.
With a minimum stay of 7 nights: a fabulous Capri boat excursion included in the price! (from June to September, the boat has a capacity of up to 6 guests, so that from 6 people up the tour will be made in two different days)

Loved our stay , perfect for family. Clean villa and great outdoor facilities

Family holiday to sorrento for wedding. Villa very clean and outdoor facilities excellent from pool to cooking facilities such as BBQ and pizza oven. Owner very kind and helpful and took us a tour of local area to show supermarket, restaurants etc.Located around 15 minutes outside sorrento but on a local bus route which is quick and easy. Only issue was neighbours complained about children playing and making noise in pool between 1.00pm and 4.00pm as during siesta. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this villa.

Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines. La maison est grande, propre et lumineuse. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine et de la terrasse pour nos soirées. Les environs sont calmes et reposants. Aussi, nous avons pu visiter les environs, notamment la côte Amalfitaine. Le propriétaire, Francesco, est très sympathique et serviable. Nous avons pu faire un tour dans son bateau pour nous amener directement à Capri et visiter les grottes. C'était un moment incroyable. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et nous y retournerons sans hésitation !

Maison spacieuse, piscine exceptionnelle, climatisation uniquement dans les chambres mais impossible de dormir avec trop bruyante. Manque d'ustensiles de cuisines, rarement d'eau chaude, trop de bruit du fait de travaux dans la maison proche.

Meget rent og velholdt både inde og udendørs.

Dejligt roligt sted, hvor udendørs område er meget velholdt med blomster og citrontræer. Alt er i bedste stand både indendørs og udendørs. Udlejer Pollio Francesco er meget imødekommende og en dejlig sejltur i hans båd til Capri med 3 1/2 times ophold på øen, og så hjemtur med sejltur hele vejen rundt om Capri. Francesco taler kun lidt engelsk, men det gik nogenlunde med at forstå det han fortalte på turen. Kommunikation omkring praktiske oplysninger på engelsk foregik gennem hans søster Angela pr. telefon eller sms. Der kører busser 5 minutters gang fra huset fra stoppestedet ved Pastena Kirke. Dejligt sted hvis man ønsker at bo lokalt, og ikke blandt andre turister. Her er ikke lyden af støjende turister, men lyde fra lokale hunde der gør, lyde fra køer, grise og vågne op til lyden af en hane. Ville ønske at jeg kunne tale italiensk sådan et sted. Ved ankomst med bus til Pastena Kirke blev vi hentet i bil af Francesco og en anden og kørt den korte tur til huset, hvilken dejlig service, da det var meget varmt. Og i huset var der lidt kolde drikkevarer og en stor kurv med friskplukkede citroner. Vi fik også en stor kurv hjemmeavlede tomater af naboen. Vi var 6 personer(3 generationer) i huset. Det var meget varmt mens vi var der fra 10. Juli 2017 til 18. Juli 2017, så vi var glade for det lækre poolområde med meget ren pool, og den velfungerende aircondition. Det er også dejligt med udekøkken med overdækning for solen, grill, pizzaovn, komfur og vaske. Velfungerende wifi, stor tv i stue, og 1 mindre tv i hver af de 3 soveværelser. Der er 3 dejlige store altaner med udsigt i forskellige retninger, så kan altid finde skygge eller sol efter ønske. De 2 badeværelser var store. Stedet er meget bedre end det fremstår på udlejnings siden, og vi kan varmt anbefale det. Vi vil anbefale stedet til folk vi kender, som vil til Sorrento halvøen. Vi siger tak til Pollio Francesco.
