Featuring stunning sea views from its private furnished terrace, this elegant Villa  has 4 sea view bedrooms, 5 private bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen.  Accessible on 3 floors by either the stairways or a lift, with a large terrace which overlooks the magnificent Bay of Naples, the location is fantastic to reach just in some minutes Sorrento and many restaurants, and shops. Elegantly furnished with great taste and attention to details, a new swiming pool has been built in one of the terraces (6X4 m, h. approx 1,3) to enjoy a very relaxing holiday in one of the most exciting areas of Italy. Approximately 400 metres away Is located the port of Marina Della Lobra with bars and restaurants.  From here you can catch the ferry to both Capri and the Amalfi Coast.
Entrance Level - This level of the villa includes a spacious lounge area complete with a fireplace and spacious terrace with sea views over the Gulf of Naples and the island and Capri as well as a double bedroom with its own sea views and bathroom.
Lower Level : Going down one level by private lift or stairway there is a floor which comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  All of the rooms are with sea-view and terrace and they are all furnished in traditional warm colours and bright ceramic floor tiles.
Ground Level: On the ground level, which can be reached by private lift or stairway you will find a large living area with a fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen, bathroom and direct access to a terrace with sun loungers and barbeque and wood burning oven.    From here there is access to a private garden area of 200 square metres with a framed swimming pool and sunbathing area.
A private box at the local beach, located just 200 metres from the villa, with shower, toilet. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be rent at the beach.
