Casale Quadrifoglio is a completely-fenced property, located in Massarosa, in the province of Lucca, a few kilometers from the famous seaside resorts of Versilia (such as Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi).

Internal Description



Furnished in a characteristic rustic style, Casale Quadrifoglio is made up of the main building and a small dependance, both with independent entrance. The property can accommodate up to 6 people for a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Internet Wifi is available. At guests' disposal also a camping cot and a high chair.

No pets allowed.



Main building: The main building is spread over 2 floors and houses 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor includes a bright open space, furnished with sofa, armchairs, tv, fireplace, dining table for 6 people, and direct access to the garden. Following is a small kitchen, equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. A guest bathroom makes the rest of the floor.

The first floor, reachable by climbing some stairs, is dedicated to the sleeping area consisting of: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.



Dependance: The small dependence consists of a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); final cleaning; house and garden maintenance; Internet Wifi.



Excluded from the price: Heating (during the winter months). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 400,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
