Flowers, a vegetable garden, woods, and meadows, near the sea, very close to the lake, and near historic Tuscan towns. At my place, you’ll experience Italian hospitality, offered with discretion and privacy. 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room with a sofa bed. Vegetable garden available, welcome drink included. I live on the first floor; the first floor is reserved for guests. Ester and Abia, my dogs, also live here, along with Eliseo, my neutered dog; Vasco and Bartolo, the goats; 2 happy hens and 1 rooster that give us eggs every day; 4 little turtles; and the animals of the woods. Coffee, salt, brown sugar, oil, and vinegar are provided in the kitchen. Each guest will have a shower towel, a face towel, and a bidet towel. Plates, table linens, and pots and pans are provided. Dish soap is provided. Parking in the garden. Welcome toast with produce from my little garden 🥂. Outdoor barbecue and firewood from the woods. I’ve set up clotheslines to hang laundry to dry in the woods ❤️—the LIPU nature reserve is a 5-minute stroll away from my place. Birdwatching and many other activities are regularly organized by the LIPU Center. Massarosa offers many nature trails to explore local activities and delicacies. The “Via dei Fiori e delle Erbe” is magical (check out the Facebook page or website). I recommend staying with me to single couples or families who love living surrounded by nature, simplicity, and art. The house is equipped with an alarm system, accessible via a code and key. Both floors have independent heating; I ask my guests, in accordance with national guidelines, not to set the temperature higher than 20°C. It is required to maintain quiet hours from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, both inside and outside the house (until 4:00 PM in the summer), as per municipal regulations.
