**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

The rooms are arranged as follows:

Room 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtains.

Suite 1: 1 king-size bed, single sofa bed, split air conditioning, Smart TV and blackout curtains.

Suite 2: 1 king-size bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtains.

From a privileged location, the apartment offers a unique view of the entire IBEROSTATE Praia do Forte Complex. The residential is distributed around the large swimming pool with wooden deck and barbecue area (payable separately).
