In a 15,000-square-meter, fully fenced area, you can feel more than at home and appreciate the authenticity of rural life. You're in a typical Marche farm with farmyard animals and two charming donkeys in their enclosure, ready to be petted. Another highlight: honey production. The owners, who live with their family in an adjacent building, are an added bonus to your holiday. They're kind and discreet, and will welcome you and show you the most authentic aspects of the area. There's also an outdoor space for exclusive use for dining and relaxing. The garden, patio, and pool are shared spaces. The recently renovated apartment is spacious and bright. One bedroom features a small "office corner" with a screen that can also be used as a smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a wine refrigerator-after all, we're in the land of Verdicchio DOC di Matelica. This will be a highlight of your stay. The area is full of wineries, and the owner will be happy to accompany you, if you wish, for tastings and visits to wineries. Upon arrival, you'll also receive a voucher with a 10% discount on all wines. The property also includes a small orchard, olive grove, vineyard, and vegetable garden; during the right seasons, guests can actively participate in the various harvests, winemaking, and production of locally produced cured meats.

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
