Villa Gea is a beautiful luxury villa with swimming pool, in the heart of Salento, near the famous beaches of Gallipoli. Villa Gea can accommodate up to 14 guests in its 7 bedrooms.
Villa Gea is in Matino and it`s a two-floor villa equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, barbecue, washing machine, tumble-drier. dishwasher, internet, alarm system, heated swimming pool and so much more.

It`s entirely fenced, with large outdoor equipped areas, the two-floor villa
was built in 2020 and it`s the ideal solution for a luxury holiday in a
villa with swimming pool with family or friends, near the beaches and
the nightlife of Gallipoli.
The swimming pool is heated and is framed by the beach beds and an outdoor lounge area. Moreover, there is a bathroom and an outdoor shower. The furnished porch, ideal at lunch or dinner, overlooks the swimming pool. The villa is equipped with a barbecue.

The porch, which is on the upper floor, gives access to the villa. There is a living room
with dining area, kitchen and sitting room with sofa and television. On
this floor there is part of the sleeping area with one bedroom with
ensuite bathroom, two other bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and
laundry area. The bedrooms overlook the lovely rose garden.
The lower floor of the villa consists of a large living room, a kitchen and 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. Every bedroom of Villa Gea is double, apart from one, a twin bedroom which, if necessary, can become a double bedroom.

in a residential area. The city centre with its amenities but also the
historic and architectural beauties, is 2 kilometers away. The lively
town of Casarano is 3 kilometers away, while the beaches of Gallipoli, such as Baia Verde, are 13 kilometers away. Torre Suda is 16 kilometers away

 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 140 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- Some bedrooms are on the basement floor.
- One bathroom is external.
