This house was misrepresented. Multiple isses with cleanliness-floors/hottub/sheets/towels/dishes, the refrigerator shelves were broken, exterior door no latch and could not lock, kitchen not stocked with cooking utensils and pots damaged, toilet was broken, pool table unlevel and pockets broken, bunk beds very unstable, sauna won't heat because its sitting in an unheated garage, and much more.I presented pictures amd explanations of everything to the host and to VRBO. The host is West Properties. I believe Logan West is an owner. They are in Utah. At first I was communicating with Logan over VRBO chat. He seemed sincere and concerned. All communication, for 3 days was by VRBO chat. Logan dropped off. Then they moved me to a text group. Never once did they allow me to speak on the phone with anyone. I ended up filing a complaint with VRBO. They tried multiple times to contact the host for a remedy. The host never responded. VRBO refunded me only the VRBO booking fee. They said they had no control over what I paid the host nor could they do anything further. VRBO has policies against misrepresentation of a home. I expected more from them. I've never had an experience like this before. I will steer clear of anything to do with this host in the future. Two lessons learned. Try to contact the host by phone prior to booking. If you cant, don't book. Find out if the host is in the nearby area. If not, dont book. This house was bad and the customer service from the host was worse.
Gorgeous home with fantastic layout and light! Wildlife (deer and chipmunks) passing through the yard. Wonderful large table to accommodate all of us and our crafts and snacks. Plenty of mugs, plates, bowls and flatware. Hosts were great and quick to help when we had a problem. Would definitely stay here again!
We had an amazing time. Hot tub was great, so were all the beds- even the bunks were large and comfy. The house had everything we needed for fun, comfort, and ease. I would stay again for sure. Close to everything as well. Hosts very responsive.
We absolutely enjoyed our time! The view is beautiful and the house decor is amazing. Very comfortable accommodations. The owner is very attentive with communication. Will definitely stay again!!
