Clean, staff was kind. Breakfast is made to order and is very light. Think waffle, oatmeal, egg biscuit sandwich and cereal. Drink options are limited but you can pay for the coffee bar which uses locally roasted coffee from Nashville. Depending on the barista the coffee is either an equivalent to Dutch Bros or scooters. I ordered the frozen mocha coffee with oat milk. We ended up extending our stay. Would visit again

The staff was very unprofessional. I booked there bc of indoor pool and hot tub. Both out of service. They said it needed painting. Would have stayed elsewhere had I known that. The floors were dirty. Cafe was super limited on food items. Spent over $18 for two sm lattes and one cinnamon roll. They didn’t provide Wi-Fi code or any paperwork upon check in. Said they would provide a receipt at check out but could not provide me one then either.

Horrible customer service! My credit card company had to refund my money because the hotel refused to do so. Do NOT stay here!! I'm not sure I'll ever stay at a Best Western hotel again, because corporate dies NOTHING to help resolve issues. And I mean NOTHING! There are lots of hotel options in Nashville, TN. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else to stay.

Outdoor walkways were dirty. Entry door to room needs to be replaced. Room was mostly clean but could have been cleaner. Hair in bathroom. Ceiling is shower has peeling paint. Price was to high for these items to be overlooked.
