The newly built villa Olla is located in Medulin near the beautiful beaches of Belvedere and Burle, and the sandy beach of Bijeca.
The spacious apartment on two floors has 2 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom, TV and air conditioning), a toilet in the hallway, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a living room and a terrace with a view of the sea. On the upper floor there is a gym/room (there is the possibility of an extra bed) with a terrace and a view of the sea - the Medulin Riviera.
The apartment includes bed linen, towels, satellite TV and 3 air conditioners. For additional privacy, the accommodation has its own private entrance.
This air-conditioned apartment is 750 m from the sea, and guests have access to private parking and free WiFi. Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
