garden with dining area under the porch, flowerbeds, hedges and trees.
The holiday homes consist of an air-conditioned living room with 1 double sofa bed, kitchenette with electric hob and dining area. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and the broom closet with washing machine. Moreover, there are an outdoor shower and sink.

complex of holiday homes is in a residential area of Torre dell`Orso,
famous and lively seaside location with many amenities near Melendugno,
on the Adriatic coast. The complex is 1 kilometer away from the sea.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
