The holiday home is introduced by a gate that opens into the outdoor area with porch equipped with ceiling fan and outdoor dining area.
The holiday home opens into a large living room with open kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and tv. The corridor with air conditioning divides the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 full bathroom. Moreover, there is a broom closet.
In
the garden there is the second kitchen with washing machine and the
outdoor shower, which is very useful after a day at the beach.

Villino
Li Marangi is near the city centre of San Foca, near the beach and the
tourist harbor. It`s in strategic position as it is within walking
distance from the city centre, the seafront promenade, the shopping area
and the other services. The closest beach is Lido Li Marangi, less than
150 meters away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning just in the hallway.
- Ceiling fans in the outdoor pergola.
