Casa di Marì is a simple and essential vacation home for rent to spend vacations in San Foca. The house offers up to 4 beds.

Casa di Marì is a vacation home in the center of San Foca, with street front entrance.
The interior consists of living room furnished with table and chairs , TV and refrigerator. A corridor leads to the rest of the house consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a kitchenette overlooking the back veranda. From the kitchenette there is access to the full shower room.
The veranda is partly covered by awnings and is furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining as well as a laundry corner consisting of a washroom, washing machine and outdoor shower.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bathroom has a toilet inside the shower.
- In the double room there is a window with mosquito net overlooking the kitchen.
