Located just a few steps from the sea in the town of San Foca, vacation apartment “Casavacanza vicino la spiaggia LL71” welcomes guests looking to enjoy the charms of southern Italy. This charming apartment consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate up to 8 people. Guests will appreciate the convenience of having two entrances, one in Via Enrico Toti and Piazza della Libertà and one in Via da Barbiano, from which you can reach the sandy beach of San Foca in just 100 meters. Additional amenities include air conditioning (in the living room), a washing machine, and a television.

There is also a small outdoor area where you will find a covered and sheltered shower for when you return from the beach.

Located in the heart of San Loca, everything you could want is already at your feet. A variety of markets, bars, and restaurants are no more than a 5-minute walk (500m) away. Walk for just 2 minutes (100m) and you are already at the beach. You can walk down to the marina in only 8 minutes (650m) or to the beautiful Grotta degli Amatni in only 6 minutes (450m).

Parking is available on the street. No Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided. The house is not equipped with tablecloths or tea towels. But you will find in the kitchen all the utensils you need to cook and eat.
