This property needs major upgrades. Seemed that the floors were not cleaned during our entire stay. Rooms need to be updated, and maintained. When we checked in our original, Room had what seemed to be dried feces smeared on the door. The room they switched us to had broken curtains and was missing a lamp on the desk, vanity area, which made it hard to get ready. The walls have damage and are dingy. The Jacuzzi did not work the entire time we were there pool Area was a mess and outdated . The coffee area/store was only available once during our stay, on the last day. Service and food at the hotel restaurant was bad. Staff seems young and not concerned with customer service. Remind me more of a motel six ambience.

The whole hotel needs a remodel it’s full of black mold everywhere. It does not meet “Hilton” expectations I come here a lot due to traveling and for the convenience of the location however this past time I could not breath in the middle of the night woke up with a cough I just figured I was exhausted until I looked in the bathroom and saw black mold everywhere. My room was changed and it was the same exact thing you can literally smell the mold the carpets will turn your socks black they feel like a daycares carpet that has not been cleaned in years it’s very sad because everyone is so nice but you can stay at a nicer place that’s not a Hilton and get a Hilton experience they need to start to redo that entire hotel from top to bottom there are no excuses the Hilton has way more then enough money to redo this hotel and I’m sure many more

A problem with indoor pool personnel. Yelled at child and nasty looks at parent. No signs to say children could not be in lower depth of pool because swimming instruction is offered. Otherwise staff friendly and room well maintained. Cleaning staff even lined up 10 stuffed animals that travel with us in bed!

Stayed for 4 nights. They did not provide bedding for the pull out sofa. It was delivered once we called. The control knobs on the shower were loose and the first morning, I could not get any hot water in the shower and had a hard time turning the water off. The facility engineer did come and fix it. By the second night, the AC had all but died in the room. The hallway, ironically, was ice cold. The engineer came and tinkered but nothing really fixed it. His comment was that this is what happens in old buildings. Several other people staying at the hotel also complained about the AC. We actually propped the door open for a while to draw in the cold hallway air. The staff were nice and tried hard to be helpful, but I wouldn’t go back.

The best thing about this hotel was its staff they were all very friendly and helpful. The amenities like the pool, which was the main reason for booking this hotel, was uninviting had caution tape in a section, and swimming class equipment taking up a big portion of the pool and poolside area. The room smelled like mildew and there were tons of water stains all around the room, the windows were also damaged and you could barely see through them.

my only issue was with the airconditioner. They came and serviced it once but it stayed aroung 72, which is fine for most, but I want it cooler. the 2nd night we were moved to another room, but the a/c was not much better. Other than that, nice stay.

The Positives: The staff—both hotel and bar—were excellent, and the food was quite good. The Negatives: Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. Workers began loud construction in the hallways at 7:30 a.m., with banging and conversations echoing across multiple floors. The carpets felt sticky, to the point where we put towels down in our room just to walk on them. The walls, drawers, furniture, and overall fixtures were poorly maintained. Even though we stayed for five days, with constant work being done in the halls, the hall floors were never vacuumed.
