Nice, Good Location
Posted Aug. 13, 2023 on HomeAwayFirst would like to say, the location is great for what we came to Memohis for. We were able to get to the zoo, botanical garden and some great fooderies all within 5-15 minutes away. You can tell its a little older of an apartment, but overall the asthetics were nice.
We did have a problem with the hot water not being hot, but they sent maintence the next day and they got it all fixed up.
Something I didnt realize until we got home was that the pictures in listening are not the pictures of the room that we had. It only has 1 queen bed in one room and two twin beds and no pull out sofa.
The wrong pictures of the room is really why I was disappointed.
They really take care of you and you dont have to clean up or anything which was nice although we cleaned up and put all the trash together because we had some walmart bags of trash.
Overall, if they update the pictures to where they put you it would be great.

Beautiful Communication Ugly Property
Posted Aug. 11, 2023 on HomeAwayPros: Excellent communication, quick response from host and great directions to find apartment (except door color has changed from video).
Cons: Unfortunately the unit was not ready for us or anyone! Floors were sticky, smelled like smoke, bathroom and kitchen dirty and the air vents had what appeared to be mold coming from them.
Our teens asthma and my husbands allergies were so impacted we only stayed 1 of the 3 nights.
The host was apologetic and gave us some money back on the stay for the 2 nights we could not stay there.
I rated 3 stars based on the host level of genuine communication and concern when I sent pictures of the unit!

Comfy property and felt at home. It's walking distance to University of Memphis as well as stores and restaurants, which was great for our stay.
