The place is clean and friendly. Good stay. Loud busy road in front of room. We stayed across the street from the main hotel. The check team explained very well how to get to our location but it still was very confusing as we went in 3 different buildings to find our room.

Overall good experience but…
Posted Feb. 21, 2024 on HotelsOverall good experience. Room was clean and had a great balcony view of the lake. Having a fireplace in the room was a nice feature to have with the winter weather. Would have been nice if fireplace settings could be adjusted. We did notice that the shower would leak with use. But otherwise no serious issues during our stay and staff were nice.
I would just recommend that if childfree couples are planning to stay that they be conscientious of school vacations. This seemed to be a popular place for families with kids to book. And parents seemed to let their kids run free during the time we were staying. Such as kids running around the lounge area near the lobby and running up and down hallways knocking on doors and slamming doors to their rooms.

Out of an abundance of caution in our historic hotel, the flame height in our fireplaces cannot be adjusted. School vacation week is very busy with our family guests. it was not the case,we where lodged at another building looking at a parkinglot.conclusion is never book on the internet,CALL THE HOTEL IN THE FUTURE AND SPEAKE WITH THE FRONT DESC AND MAKE YOUR RESERVATION.THE INTERNET IS MISLEADING!

Love staying here. Amazing views of the lake. Nice pools. Great restaurants . Clean hotel with comfortable beds. Love the self serve coffee machine in the lobby!
