I didnt stay there and I took out the insurance for cancellation protection. Hotels.com did NOT protect me from being charged for a room I didn’t even stay in due to the hotel being disgustingly dirty, as the place was sketchy and we did NOT feel safe there. My autistic daughter was crying and was refusing to stay as well

Needs a little more organization

Front desk couldn't figure out if they had a clean double bed room. Gave us two king rooms after about 20 minutes. Not what we really wanted. The hotel had a lot of soccer families overnight. We had kids running crazy up and down the halls way past midnight

Hotel Review

I booked a specific room thru hotels.com. When I went to check in they didn’t have the room available. In order to get what we needed, I had to pay an additional $60.00. I was not very happy as we had booked 2 rooms totalling a little more than $600.

From the moment I showed up until I left everyone was very kind and very accommodating. I was on a reservation for 12 nights. I had went out of town to have sometime away from all the stress in life and I was able to have that at this property. Thank you so much for everything!

Our visit

Our stay was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom door did not latch. It closed but wouldn't catch. Housekeeping also didn't come to our room to replace the dirty towels or replace the coffe or tea. But otherwise, my room was clean and very comfortable.

This hotel was terribly discusting. After driving 12 hours i check in this hotel and immediately checked out. The room was nasty piss all over the toilet bed was musty shower head was broken tub needed repairs. Than to top it off it was roaches. I went to the manager and spoke with him directly and asked for a full refund to turn around and be scammed. I was told I’ll receive a full refund he charged my card over $400 as if I was still checked in the room. He told me the hotel was shut down for a week due to whatever reasons and he didn’t have housekeepers. So how is you running a business with no workers. I wouldn’t recommend this place and they need to be shut down.

Hotel staff were average, but the hotel "SUITE" was subpar. The water got lukewarm at best, there was a "substance" in folded paper, the fridge didn't work and dirt in many areas. The doors also need to be reinforced as there are large gaps all around it.
