Extremely loud air con that didn’t lower the temperature. Poor food at the restaurant. I cup in the room for coffee/tea.

Being at the terminal was ideal for next day early travel. Although cards did not work when we got to room, I called and had a staff member arrive shortly with an activated card. Room service was great especially setting breakfast up to a designated time night before!

The hotel room was filthy with the floor being especially dirty. It was disgusting to see how dirty our clean socks and feet became after only a few minutes; not to mention the hairs from other occupants and dead bugs. Also, the restaurant should switch to Mexican cuisine as their food is a disgrace to all things Italian. They honestly wouldn't know authentic Italian food if a nonna hit them in the face.
